Career

Urmila’s acting journey began with the television serial “Tujhya Veena.” She then appeared in other popular TV shows like “Maayka” and “Mera Sasural,” followed by prominent roles in Marathi serials such as “Asambhav,” “Uun Paus,” and “Goshta Eka Lagnachi.”

Her film debut was with the Marathi movie “Shubh Mangal Savdhan.” This was followed by other notable Marathi films, including “Aai Shappath..!” and “Savalee.” She expanded her cinematic horizons into Telugu cinema with “Welcome Obama” in 2014.
