Career

Cornwall’s domestic T20 debut was for the Leeward Islands against Trinidad & Tobago on January 13, 2011, at North Sound. His first-class debut followed on December 5, 2014, for Jamaica against the Leeward Islands in Kingston.

In July 2016, he joined the West Indies Cricket Board President’s XI against India, making a significant impact with 41 runs and 5 wickets in his first match. His contributions during England’s West Indies tour in 2017 were equally noteworthy, scoring 59 runs and forming a crucial 123-run partnership that rescued his team from a precarious 55/5 to a respectable 233.

His consistent performance led to remarkable achievements. He was the leading wicket-taker for the Leeward Islands in the 2018-19 Regional Super 50 Tournament (14 wickets in 8 matches) and the most successful bowler in the 2018-19 Regional Four Day competition (54 wickets in 9 matches).

Selected for the West Indies Test squad against India in August 2019, he made his international Test debut on August 30, 2019. His domestic career includes playing for Antigua Hawksbills, Leeward Islands Under-19s, Leeward Islands, St. Lucia Stars, West Indies A, and West Indies President’s XI.
