Career

Swapnil Joshi began his acting journey at the age of 9 with the television series “Uttar Ramayana” (1986), playing the role of Kusha. His breakthrough role came as Young Krishna in the popular series “Shri Krishna”.

After a break from acting, he returned to television with Sanjeev Bhattacharya’s show “Campus”. His television credits also include “Hudd Kar Di,” “Dil Vil Pyar Vyar,” “Des Mein Niklla Hoga Chand,” and “Hare Kkaanch Ki Choodiyaan”. He’s appeared in numerous films such as “Target,” “Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai,” “Pyaar Vali Love Story,” and “Welcome Zindagi”.

His comedic talents have been showcased in shows like “Comedy Circus” (Hindi), “Papad Pol – Shahabuddin Rathod Ki Rangeen Duniya” (Hindi), and “Get Well Soon” (Marathi). Beyond acting and comedy, he’s hosted several shows including “Chota Packet Bada Dhamaka,” “Ladies Special,” and “Dhabal – Ek Taas TimePass”. In 2008, he won the TV reality show “Mr. & Ms. TV”.
