His move to Mumbai in 2010 initially proved challenging. Facing difficulties finding work, he worked as a waiter to support himself before returning home. Later, after several years in theatre, he returned to Mumbai and joined Casting Bay as a casting director, further highlighting his versatility and dedication to the industry. He credits mentors Abhishek Banerjee and Anmol Ahuja, and casting directors Vibhu Gupta and Vikas Pal for their support.
