Joseph’s first-class debut was in 2014 with the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the Regional Four Day Competition. His exceptional performance of 7/49 against Guyana solidified his position and brought him to the attention of the West Indies Cricket Board (CWI).

His selection for the 2015 Under-19 World Cup squad was a significant milestone.
