Anmol Kaur Narang was born in 1997 in Roswell, Georgia. She is a second-generation immigrant, her parents having relocated from Punjab, India, in the early 1990s. After a year at the Georgia Institute of Technology, she pursued her passion for service and enrolled at West Point.
She graduated with a degree in Nuclear Engineering and achieved the rank of Second Lieutenant in the US Army. Before her first posting in Okinawa, Japan in January 2021, she completed the Basic Officer Leadership Course at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This rigorous training prepared her for her duties in the military.
