Throughout 2014, she excelled in various junior tournaments, culminating in victory at the Orange Bowl in Florida. In 2015, she made her International Tennis Federation (ITF) debut, reaching the finals of the 25K Gatineau event. Later that year, at just 15, she became the first Canadian since 2009 to win the Grade-A Under-18 Orange Bowl.
Her 2016 win at the “2016 Challenger Banque Nationale de Gatineau” marked her first ITF title, an event where she met and received valuable advice from fellow Romanian and friend Simona Halep, who encouraged Bianca to turn pro. Bianca followed this advice in 2017.
