Career
His journey into DJing began during his 10th grade. Encouraged by his father, he enrolled in a professional DJing course at “Underground” in Lokhandwala, Mumbai. He briefly paused his DJ career for two years to manage his family business before DJ Aqeel inspired him to return.
DJ Aqeel’s belief in Chetas’ potential propelled his career. He started with Bollywood mashups, his first being a Salman Khan Mashup, which quickly gained popularity. He’s achieved significant milestones, including being the official DJ for the Kolkata Knight Riders cricket team.
His accomplishments extend to hosting “House of Dance” on the 9xm channel (2014), launching the “Bollyboom Life Is a Mashup Club Tour” across India (2018), and achieving a remarkable ranking—World No. 59 on the DJ MAG Top 100 DJs list and India’s No. 1 Bollywood DJ.
