Neeru’s acting debut was in the 1998 Bollywood film “Main Solah Baras Ki,” playing Tina. She then appeared in several Bollywood movies including “Prince” (2010), “Phoonk 2” (2010), “Miley Naa Miley Hum” (2011), and “Special Chabbis” (2013).

Her Punjabi film debut was in “Asa Nu Maan Watna Da” (2004), and her first lead role in a Punjabi film was in “Dil Apna Punjabi” (2006). She’s starred in numerous successful Punjabi films like “Munde U.K. De” (2009), “Heer Ranjha” (2009), “Jatt & Juliet” (2012), “Jatt & Juliet 2” (2013), and many more.

Neeru’s television career began with the 2003 Hindi serial “Astitva…Ek Prem Kahani,” where she played Kiran.
