Malishka started her professional journey in advertising, interning under renowned director Prahlad Kakkar. However, she found her true calling elsewhere. She transitioned to voice-overs for the Discovery Channel (Hindi) before embarking on her successful career as a radio jockey.

Her radio career began at Win 94.6 FM, where she worked for two years. She then briefly joined Rediff Radio before finding a long-term home at Red FM. She’s hosted several popular shows, including “Morning No. 1,” “Best Breakfast Programme,” and “M Bole Toh.”

Beyond radio, Malishka has ventured into acting, television, and voice acting. Her film debut was in “Tumhari Sulu” (2017), playing a radio jockey alongside Vidya Balan.
