Tushar’s dance journey began under the tutelage of Shri Santosh Nair at the ‘Sadhya Unit of Performing Arts.’ He also trained in Ariel technique under Canadian choreographer Brandy Leary. Before his Bollywood choreography success, he worked internationally organizing dance shows.

He gained initial recognition as a choreographer on Season 6 of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, returning later as a wildcard contestant. He also appeared on Season 7 with dancer Shakti Mohan. His Bollywood career blossomed after Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, starting with choreography for Karan Johar’s “Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.”
